Grilled Cheese Recipe: Mobster’s Delight

If you’re a stickler for all things antipasti and you love yourself some truffle, then here’s a griller for you!

Instructions for one griller:

1.       Slice your ciabatta in half and apply butter to each side.

2.       Get a 1/4 lb. of Moliterno al Tartufo cheese (or more because you love to snack on this truffle-y delight). Slice a few pieces for yourself, then make two nice slices for your griller.

3.       Place your slices of Moliterno al Tartufo on top of each slice of buttered ciabatta. Hand select your artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers; put aside for later.

4.       Place both slices of ciabatta into a pre-heated over set to high broil.

5.       Take a peek to make sure the cheese is beautiful, bubbly, and melting. Take it out from the oven (use mitts, please!).

6.      It’s now time to spread your antipasti love right here on these two cheesy slices of ciabatta.

7.     Now, put both slices together and enjoy. Now, THAT’S a sandwich.
