Just grab your favorite brie, carve out some love with a jelly heart, and wrap with this pillow-like puff pastry for a taste of romance.
- Your favorite brie cheese
- Tisbhi Cherry Shiraz Preserves or jam of choice
- Puff Pastry (check package directions for thawing instructions, if applicable)

GRAB YOUR HUNK
Valentine’s Day is all about your favorites, so pick up your go-to brie cheese and get ready to melt with it. We love this little gem of Weybridge — a soft cows milk cheese perfectly sized for two.
ADD A HEART TO LIGHT A SPARK
Reminiscent of the days spent carving your initials in the trees, adding a heart to your hunk will certainly put a little love in the air. Just take a paper towel or wax paper, fold in half, and cut out a tiny half heart as a template with perfect symmetry.
Fill your empty heart with Tishbi Cherry Shiraz jam (and pause for photo op/the obligatory couples selfie).
Grate the Cinnful Cocoa Pecans over you heart to add a sweet and crunchy flair.
