We’re offering five delicious grilled cheese sandwiches that come with crunchy pickle chips and piping hot tomato soup for your dipping pleasure! To celebrate the launch of these drool-worthy sandwiches, check out a few of our recipes below!
The Spicy Italian
Ingredients:
Di Bruno Bros. Hot Soppressata
Capicola
House Aged Provolone Cheese
Abbruzze Cheese Spread
1 Seeded Roll
Directions:
Heat a large griddle or nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Split the roll in half. Spread butter evenly over the outside of each half of the roll. Place 2 halves of the Seeded Roll, buttered side down, on griddle or in skillet. Layer Soppressata, Capicola, and House Aged Provolone Cheese on top half of roll, top with Abbruzze Cheese Spread and the bottom half of roll, buttered side up. Cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with tomato soup and Hot Pepper Crostini. Enjoy!
The 3 Cheese Focaccia
Ingredients:
Prima Donna Cheese
Handmade Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Ricotta
2 Slices – Tomato Focaccia Bread
Butter/Spread
Directions:
Heat a large griddle or nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Spread butter evenly over one side of each bread slice. Place 2 slices of Tomato Focaccia Bread, buttered side down, on griddle or in skillet. Layer 3 cheeses on bottom slice of bread, top with Fresh Ricotta Cheese and the top slice of bread, buttered side up. Cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with tomato soup. Enjoy!
